Why we use Negative Voltage in Vibration Measurement ??

PNP transistor are used in Vibration Measurement.

PNP Transistor need Negative Bias Voltage to Conduct rather then a Positive Bias voltage.

In Starting they chose -18V and now days they change to -24V for more Linear Range from Transducer.
